About the artist
Art has been a way of life for me for almost my entire life. Playfulness, joy, tranquility, nature, togetherness – these are important states of mind for me. I find the spark that begins the creation of something new to be most essential. I want to make my paintings intriguing so that the viewer becomes interested in my work again and again, discovering something new each time.

Materials
I work with color pigments and plant-based dyes combined with Sisusavi® compound. I create my paintings from Sisusavi® compound, which I've developed from natural materials. With a PhD in Chemistry and a Licentiate degree in Technology, I have deep knowledge of materials and pigments, which opens up many possibilities for my art. Sisusavi compound works with all types of colorants, including pigments and plant-based dyes. It creates a living surface on the painting, and the colors appear brilliantly vibrant.
