1. Application
These terms and conditions apply to all sales of artworks made through the Saila Seppo -artist name website www.sailaseppoart.fi. By ordering a product, the buyer accepts these terms.
2. Seller

3. Products and prices
The products for sale are original artworks (paintings, photographs, sculptures). Each work is unique or part of a limited numbered edition. Prices include value added tax (0% VAT for artworks). Shipping costs are added to the price separately and are announced before order confirmation. We reserve the right to change prices and product selection. The price valid at the time of order is binding for the contract.
4. Placing an order
The order is placed through the website or by contacting the seller by email or phone. 2. The buyer receives an order confirmation by email containing order details and payment information. 3. The sales contract is created when the buyer has paid for the order and the seller has confirmed the order.
5. Payment
1. Accepted payment methods are: online bank payment, MobilePay or bank transfer. 2. The payment period is 7 days from order confirmation. If payment is not made within the deadline, the order will lapse. 3. By making the payment, the buyer commits to these terms and confirms the order finally.
6. Delivery
1. The delivery time is normally 5-10 working days from receipt of payment. Larger works may require a longer delivery time, which will be announced separately. 2. Artworks are carefully packaged and delivered by the selected delivery method (Posti, Matkahuolto or courier). 3. Delivery costs are determined according to the size of the work and the delivery method. Delivery costs are shown before order confirmation. 4. Ownership transfers to the buyer when the work has been paid in full and received.
7. Right of withdrawal
The consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal in distance selling (Consumer Protection Act, Chapter 6). The right of withdrawal begins when the product is received. The right of withdrawal is exercised by notifying the seller in writing (email or letter) within the withdrawal period. In connection with the withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original condition and original packaging. Return costs are paid by the buyer, unless the product is defective or the wrong product has been delivered. Money will be refunded to the buyer within 14 days of the product's return.
8. Complaints and faults
1. The product should be inspected immediately upon receipt. Any transport damage or errors must be reported to the seller without delay, preferably within 3 days of receipt.
2. Complaints must be made in writing by email to hello@sailaseppoart.fi and include photos of the product and any faults.
3. If there is an error in the product, the buyer has the right to a price reduction, correction or cancellation of the sale in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
9. Limitation of liability
The seller is not liable for indirect damages, unless it concerns intentional or grossly negligent conduct. The seller's liability is limited to the selling price of the product, excluding situations where applicable law requires greater liability.
10. Copyright
All artworks are the seller's copyrighted creations. Upon purchase, only the physical ownership of the work transfers to the buyer. Copyright remains with the seller, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The buyer may not reproduce, publish or commercially exploit the work without the seller's written permission.
11. Personal data and privacy
Personal data collected in connection with the order is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). More information in the privacy policy.
12. Dispute resolution
Finnish law applies to these terms. Consumer disputes can be brought to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). In individual cases, disputes are primarily resolved through negotiation between the parties.
