A Polypore
The painting was completed in 2014 and is made on watercolor paper with mixtures of microcellulose and acrylic paints. The painting measures 21 x 29.7 cm and is behind glass in a display frame.
The spark for the painting was to create a polypore visible on a tree in the painting and to bring the polypore to life by dotting it in the painting.
