Christmas picture
The painting was completed in 2022 and is made on tin foil with attached elfs, snowballs, etc. The elfs, snow, sun or star are all made from microcellulose. The painting measures 34.5 x 26 cm and is behind glass in a display frame.
The spark for this painting was when I was asked for a painting for a Christmas exhibition, and so I made a completely different kind of painting with a Christmas theme. There are two paintings that differ slightly from each other. The sun in the painting can also be seen as a star, and the gnomes can be seen as wise men.
